Alaina Korreck, Owner & President
As the President of Global Environmental Engineering and Global Treatment Solutions, Ms. Korreck oversees all engineering and consulting services and all contract negotiations and bid proposal preparations. She is responsible for all aspects of business development and strategic planning as well as the day-to-day operations for both divisions. Her background includes the management of onsite field service operations for large-scale environmental dredging and remediation projects as well as the development and execution of the firm’s charitable work following the Flint Water Crisis.

Alex Fancy, Project Manager
Alex Fancy joined Global in 2013 after graduating from Albion College with a bachelor’s degree in geology. He currently acts as Project Manager for Global Treatment Solutions where he is responsible for managing all aspects of wastewater treatment projects, groundwater and soil remediation system design and implementation including Air Sparge/ SVE systems and multi-phase extraction, and field services to include carbon change-outs and remediation system diagnoses and repair. Mr. Fancy’s prior project experience includes the oversight of a 9,000 gallon per minute water treatment system during the remediation of the 2010 Kalamazoo River oil spill where over 180 million gallons of water was discharged with 100% uptime and zero NPDES Permit violations during a 6-month dredging project. Mr. Fancy was also involved with the installation of spray on Geo-Seal® 40 mil membrane, vapor collection and mitigation system at a facility in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Fancy worked with sub-contractors to ensure the job was completed in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) regulations.

Darrell Pierce, Business Development/Sr. Project Manager
Darrell Pierce brings over 29 years of experience in the construction and remediation industries, Including extensive work with Water Filtration and Soil & Vapor Treatment Systems. He has been involved with a variety of Soil and Groundwater remediation projects including UST/AST removals, water filtration system installations, AS/SVE treatment system designs and installation, chemical injection systems and multi-phase treatment systems. Mr. Pierce has held a variety of positions that have included being a business owner, business development manager, project manager, estimator and electrician. Over the course of his career, her has estimated and supervised hundreds of construction, groundwater and soil remediation projects. He has worked with clients in private industries, engineering firms and local State and Federal regulatory agencies.

Robert Hikade, Field Operations Manager
Robert Hikade is the Field Operations Manager for Global and manages all aspects of field projects from proposal to execution to tear-down. Mr. Hikade has extensive experience with providing field and management oversight of construction services during underground storage tank (UST) and soil removal, building demolition, and remedial system installation activities.
